(MD)No.306 of 2024, dated 20.12.2024, wherein, this Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai to try both the cases in S.T.C.No.174 of 2024 and C.C.No.12 of 2023 simultaneously following the procedures and guidelines meant for trying the case and the case in counter.
