Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the Opposite party no. 2 and 3 to grant the license of Fair price shop village panchayat Sarurpur Vikas Khand and Tehsil-Milkipur District-Ayodhya on the basis of dying in harness rules in favour of Petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law in the interest of Justice b. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and thereby directing to the opposite party no. 2 and 3 to decide the Representation Dated 08.01.2025 with a speaking order contained in Annexure No. 7 to this Writ Petition, in the Interest of Justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of the instructions states that the petitioner has been called to furnish requisite documents. 4. In view thereof, the petitioner is directed to furnish requisite documents and in case, the same is furnished, the respondent authority shall pass order in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
