Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:6652-DB Court No. - 2 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 863 of 2025 Petitioner :- Vishal Srivastava Respondent :- Collector Sultanpur And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajesh Kumar,Kajal Soni Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Brij Raj Singh,J. 1. Heard. 2. The impugned citation of recovery has been issued by the revenue authorities referring to an order passed by Magistrate at Tis Hazari Court at New Delhi. The said orders passed by the Magistrate are on record and have not been challenged. The order sheet of the case filed against the petitioner under the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 has also not been annexed which would enable the Court to understand as to whether there has been any interim or final order in the said case resulting in an order for issuance of warrant of attachment. Therefore, we see no reason to entertain this petition challenging consequential action of recovery. 3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. (Brij Raj Singh,J.) (Rajan Roy,J.)
