Ms. Maheshwari Sharma, Advocate, for the non-applicant/ respondent. Learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner apprises the Court that the amount that is payable to the petitioner is approximately Rs.4,70,000/-, out of which only an amount of Rs.1,02,000/- has been paid till date. Accordingly, he prays that as the amount payable to the petitioner is not hefty one, the respondent be directed to make good the balance amount within some reasonable time. Learned counsel for the non-applicant/ respondent submits that whatever is now due to the petitioner will definitely be paid to him before 31.07.2025. Her statement is taken on record.
