Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:5401 Court No. - 6 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 1104 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ramdulare Respondent :- State Of U.P Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko. And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Shyamendra Singh,Arvind Kumar,Rakesh Kumar Yadav,Tej Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J. 1. Heard Sri Shyamendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Ms. Deepsikha, learned Chief Standing counsel for the respondents. 2. As per the cryptic details given in the writ petition, it seems that the petitioner was working on the post of Collection Amin when a first information report was lodged against him in case crime No.48 of 1988 under Section 409 IPC, Police Station Beniganj, District Hardoi. Though it is not stated in the petition but it seems that due to the criminal proceedings the services of the petitioner were dispensed with and subsequently the petitioner has been acquitted of the criminal case on 31.10.2023. The prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the representations dated 11.3.2024 and 12.12.2024. In the said representations the entire details of the criminal trial has been stated but there is no averment as to whether the petitioner was in service or his services has been dispensed with during pendency of the criminal proceedings. It is not clear as to how the petitioner would be entitled to all the benefits which has been granted to similarly situated persons. In absence of any details, no direction as sought by the petitioner can be passed. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition and file a fresh petition or approach competent forum for redressal of his grievances. 4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty. (Alok Mathur, J.) Order Date :- 28.1.2025 RKM.
