Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned for issuance of renewal certificate of the petitioner- society, namely, Taekwondo Federation of India, A-2 Second Floor, 32/16 Balmiki Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow. 3. Learned State Counsel has been provided written instructions dated 30.01.2025, which is taken on record, and as per which renewal certificate for petitioner's society has already been issued on 30.01.2025. 4. In view of aforesaid, nothing more remains to be adjudicated upon in this petition. 5. Opposite party no.3 is directed to issue the original certificate under Rule 8 (2) of the Rules framed under Registration of Societies Act, 1860 expeditiously, within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order served upon authority concerned. 6. With aforesaid directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
