Earlier, bail application of petitioner stood rejected vide order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 722 of 2024. 3. Trial Court report reveals that case is pending for prosecution evidence and out of seven charge-sheeted witnesses, one prosecution witness has been examined. 4. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2023, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a Patna High Court CR. MISC.
