From the status report submitted by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, (Designated Special Court, Under NIA Act, Jammu), this Court is convinced that there is no unwarranted delay taking place in the conduct of the trial of the case, particularly, given the fact that there are seven accused under trial in the case. 02. The filing of the petition by the petitioner purportedly acting through his mother-Zareefa Akhter is thus, misconceived. 03. This petition is, therefore, dismissed with a candid request to the trial court to ensure that no unwarranted Serial No. 01 2 WP(Crl) No. 51/2025 adjournments are given in the case on account of any lapse on the part of the Prosecution in summoning of the prosecution witnesses for examination in the case. 04.
