Ahmed, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. I have heard Mr. B. Sarma, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam. 2. This is the third bail application filed by the petitioners in respect of Special (Nar) Case No.110(BGN)/2023. 3. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel of both sides. 4. On 22.07.2024 in Bail Application No.1752/2024, this Court directed that after examination of 6(six) witnesses in the trial court, the bail application of the petitioner therein shall be considered again. 5. It has been submitted that till now, only 4(four) witnesses are examined. 6. Therefore, the petitioners are advised to come to this Court again after examination of six witnesses, as directed by this Court earlier.
