If the petitioner is scheduled caste and claims to be residing on Gata No. 104, which, as claimed, is recorded as 'Navin Parti' and he has been residing for more than 25 years, then, he may raise a claim under Section 67-A of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. If any proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated and are pending such a claim/defence can be raised therein. 4.
