Vide order dated 08.10.2012, on the request made on behalf of the applicants, the matter was referred to the mediation centre subject to deposit of Rs. 15,000/- by the applicants before the mediation centre. 4. As per the report received from the mediation centre dated 29.11.2012, the applicants have failed to deposit the aforesaid amount. 5. It is apparent that the applicants had got the matter referred to the mediation only for the purpose of obtaining an interim order without their being any intent on their part to settle the dispute through mediation and the said request was made to mislead the Court to grant interim order in favour of the applicants. 6. In view thereof, the instant application is dismissed for non- compliance of the earlier order. 7.
