This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to opposite parties specially opposite party no.3 to conduct fair and proper investigation of the Case Crime NO.0233 of 2024, under section 65(1) of B.N.S., 4(2) of POCSO Act and 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST Act, Police Station- Hariyanwa, District Hardoi." Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that he has already made a representation/ application to the Superintendent of Police Hardoi, a copy of which has been filed as annexure-2 to the writ petition. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2- Superintendent of Police, Hardoi, to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate orders redressing the same within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is produced before him.
