At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to correct the array of parties, in as much as, inadvertently, the petitionerss have not impleaded Gaon Sabha. Considering the aforesaid request learned counsel for the petitioners the petitioners are permitted to carry out the necessary corrections during course of the day. Notice of the petition has been served on Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. Notice on behalf of the State respondent has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing counsel. In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court notice to private respondent is dispensed with. The petitioners have approached this Court with limited prayer that the revision is engaging the attention of the Board of Revenue and the same may be decided expeditiously. Considering the aforesaid, this Court without entering into the merits of the petition disposes of the petition with a direction to the Board of Revenue to consider and decide the said revision i.e.1356 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible provided that the parties shall cooperate in early hearing of the revision and the petitioners shall also furnish an undertaking that he shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment.
