Petitioner claims compensation in respect of Plot No.373/.02260 hectare situated at Village-Sonik, Pargana- Hadaha, Tehsil & District-Unnao regarding which he claimed to be recorded tenure holder having purchased the same some times in 2012. However, learned Standing Counsel says amount of compensation awarded entered in 2022 is not payable as of now because saledeed pertaining to the land in question which was executed in favour of the petitioner has been challenged by persons who claim to be legal representative of Gaya Prasad. 3. If it is so then let opposite party no.3 consider the application of the petitioner and if the compensation is not payable for the reasons germane to law then to communicate it in writing to the petitioner.
