Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite party no.1 and Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for opposite parties 2 to 5. In view of order being passed, notice to opposite part no.6 stands dispensed with. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to ensure re-examination of answer sheets by a qualified teacher having authority to evaluate answer sheets of Master in Performing Arts student. Further prayer to ensure consequences of fresh examination and for institution of enquiry in the evaluation of answer sheets of MPA-2024 and punishment of guilty persons have also been sought. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner has however not been able to indicate any provision for re-evaluation of answer sheets of aforesaid course in the university concerned. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner on the basis of instructions restricts his prayer for liberty to file a fresh representation before the authority concerned, which may be directed to be considered. 5. Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before appropriate authority within a week, who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously. Petitioner shall annex a certified copy of this order along with his fresh representation. 6. With aforesaid directions, the petition is finally disposed of.
