The present application has been filed for the following main relief(s):- "WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the impugned Charge sheet no. 06/2017 dated 06.05.2017 in respect of F.I.R No. 0291/2016 U/S, 419, 420, 467, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C. 3[1][X] S.C.S.T. Act and 138 N.I. Act P.S Tadiyawan, District Hardoi as contained in ANNEXURE NO. 1 to this petition and also quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 215/2017 State Versus Raja Ram Misra and others pending before the Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 2 Hardoi and allow the instant petition in the interest of justice." After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant may be permitted to move discharge application before the court concerned, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. To the aforesaid, there is no objection. Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to prefer an application for discharge before the Court concerned, which shall be considered and decided by the trial court expeditiously, in accordance with law, by means of reasoned and speaking order. With the aforesaid, the instant application is disposed of finally. Before parting, as the matter has not been concluded till date which relates to the year 2016, this Court feels it appropriate to observe here that trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to conclude the proceedings of the pending trial most expeditiously.
