The cause shown in the affidavit filed in support of an application for condonation of delay is sufficient. 3. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Order on Appeal 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 5. The instant intra-court appeal is directed against an interlocutory order. 6. The appeal is instituted with the delay of nine months that too against an interim order. Counter affidavit has already been filed before the writ court. Sri G.C Verma, learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to file rejoinder affidavit within one week from today. 7. Once the pleadings have been exchanged, the matter deserves to be decided finally. 8. The writ court is expected to consider the appellant's application for vacation of interim order at the earliest or decide the writ petition finally. 9.
