The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Opposite Party No. 1/ Civil Judge (JD) Kadipur, Sultanpur to direction to Civil Judge (JD)/opposite party no-1 to decide the application for Restoration (bearing 72 of 2002, under Order 9 Rule 4 C.P.C.), against the order dated 19.1.2002 which is passed by the Civil Judge, Junior Division, North, Sultanpur in Misc. Case no.121 of 1999 (Kauleshwar Vs. Ram Jhalak and others), expeditiously say within two months, in interest of justice." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the restoration application with all expedition, preferably within three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
