The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the charge-sheet bearing No. 42 of 2022 (Annexure P/1), and also the further criminal proceedings of the Criminal Case No. 4771 of 2022, pending before the 4th Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the learned trial Court. 3 4.
