The present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(1) To issue suitable direction, directing the opposite party No.1 i.e. Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.5, Lucknow to decide the Misc. case No.1481 of 2024 "Aryan Chaudhary @ Mohit Yadav and Smt. Shivangi Singh Yadav" under section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending before him, within shortest time as directed by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court to decide the Misc. Case No.1481 of 2024 "Aryan Chaudhary @ Mohit Yadav and Smt. Shivangi Singh Yadav" under section 13-B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 with all expedition, preferably within two months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
