According to him, he has not been paid the amount of leave encashment, dearness allowance and arrears of salary, therefore he has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to employer to release the dues without any further delay. (3) Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned Counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam, on instructions, submits that due to resource crunch, the outstanding dues could not be cleared so far. He assures the Court that pending dues would be released to petitioner within three months. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Managing Director, Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam to release the entire admitted dues to petitioner within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
