Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 04.09.2024 whereby the application filed by the petitioner for extension of temporary injunction was rejected on the ground that the same was filed after one year and ten months. 3. Considering the fact that the order itself records that the temporary injunction application shall be decided on merits, the present petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to decide the temporary injunction application on merits in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months. 4.
