It is further case of the petitioner that he had approached the 3'"'^ respondent by making an application dated, 28.10.2024 for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deed in his favour in respect of the subject land. It is the case of the petitioner that, the 3 respondent did not take any action on his application dated 28.10.2024, the present Writ Petition is filed. \ rd 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that subsequent to the application made by the petitioner an Endorsement, dated 23.12.2024 was issued to the petitioner asking him to submit certain documents. 3. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in pursuance of the said Endorsement, dated 23.12.2024 documents have been submitted. But so far, no action is taken by the respondents on his application.
