The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to decide early the petitioner application dated 04/01/2025 sand to opposite party no 2 to 8 for compliance of order dated 19/12/2024 to remove the illegal and unauthorized possession and construction and encroachment of opposite party no. 9 to 10 over Gram Sabha land illegally encroached of the mentioned Gata No. 75 area 0.820 hectare and gata no. 202 area 1.226 hectare situated in the Village Sakrawan." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instruction states that the unauthorized construction has already been removed. 4. In view of the aforesaid instructions, no further directions are required. It is expected that that the order dated 19.12.2025 shall be enforced in letter and spirit. 5. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
