It is reported that the petitioner / appellant is affected with paralysis and with great difficulty he is reporting once in a month before the Court to comply the condition. 4. Considering the health ground of the petitioner / appellant and his conduct in complying the condition without fail for several months, I feel the condition imposed on him can be relaxed. 5. Accordingly, the condition No.9(iii) already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11415 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.704 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023 is hereby relaxed.
