The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a direction and directing to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Room No. 15 Sultanpur to decide the pending Application for Temporary Injunction (6ga2), under order 39 rule 1&2 read with 151 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908, Contained Annexure No.1 to this petition, in the Original Suit No. 848/2024"Mohd Ayaz Khan and another versus Himanshu Agrawal and others" which is pending before in the Learned court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Room No. 15, Sultanpur, (next date fixed on 31.01.2025), expeditiously within stipulated period in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
