By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged several orders/ notices by which empanellment of petitioner for house keeping services has been discontinued with one month's notice by the concerned branch of the State Bank of India. 3. There is a contract between the parties which stands terminated as a consequence of the same. This is purely a contractual matter and we see no reason to entertain this writ petition under Section 226 of the Constitution of India.
