Chauhan, learned Counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam, on instructions, submits that due to financial crisis, the amount payable as leave encashment could not be released so far. He assures the Court that all pending dues of petitioner shall be released within four months. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Managing Director, Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam to release entire admitted dues to petitioner within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
