Apparently, the notice dated 01.01.2025 issued by the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Ramnagar, Barabanki to the petitioner is not in terms of the judgment of Hon'ble the Supreme Court dated 13.11.2024 rendered in Writ Petition (C) No. 295 of 2022; In Re: Directions in the matter of demolition of structures with connected matters and on being confronted learned counsel for the Nagar Panchayat could not show otherwise. 4. We, therefore, quash the impugned notice, however, with liberty to the opposite party to proceed against the petitioner afresh if there is a cause but in terms of aforesaid judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court and the statutory provisions applicable. 5.
