The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court can give a time bound direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the matter, since this matter has already been considered by this Court earlier in Crl.P.No.201425/2019 vide order dated 10.11.2021 and the offences invoked against the petitioner is for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 465, 468, 471, 420 read with Section 34 of IPC having considered the accusations made against the petitioner of conspiracy, creation of documents and cheating. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-K:1147 CRL.P No. 201592 of 2024 3. The learned High Court Government Pleader also submits that a time bound direction may be given. 4. The learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that it takes time since there are voluminous documents to be placed before the Trial Court. 5. Having considered the nature of accusation and the offences invoked, it is appropriate to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the matter within a time bound period of one year from today. The respective learned counsel are directed to communicate this order forthwith to the concerned Court for expeditious disposal of the matter as directed by this Court. 6.
