GP FOR COOPERATION (AP) 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “.... to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd Respondent in not reinstating the Petitioner into service for continuing him in service till he attains age of 60 years by invoking Section 115(d) of Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 as illegal, arbitrary and against principles of natural justice and contrary to the provisions of the Act No.4 of 2014 dt.27.06.20 14 and also contrary to the directions of the Honble Supreme Court order Dt.09.08.2017 in C.A.10278 of 2017 to 10370 of 2017 (SLP 14033-14034 of 2017) and consequently, direct the respondents to reinduct the petitioner in service till he attains the age of 60 years into the 2nd respondent- Society and also grant all consequential benefits arising there from in the interest of justice and pass.....” 2.
