Mr. Menka Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Petitioners are defendants to the suit for mandatory injunction. Plaintiff moved an application seeking leave to amend the plaint, which was allowed by the trial court vide order dated 29.11.2024. Petitioner has challenged the said order in this writ petition. 3. Since petitioner has remedy of filing revision under Section 115 of CPC before the District Judge, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternate remedy, with liberty to petitioner to approach the revisional court. Petitioner shall also be at liberty to claim benefit of Section 14 of Limitation Act before the Revisional Court. 4. Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order by replacing it with photocopy, to be supplied by the petitioners’ counsel, within 24 hours.
