CMP No.2749 of 2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary), Solan, District Solan, H.P. The same is taken on record. A perusal of office order dated 18.03.2026 reveals that petitioners No.1 and 2 have been granted higher pay stage after completion of two years regular service w.e.f. 14.10.2021 and 12.10.2021, respectively. However, the arrears have not been released. The respondents are directed to ensure the release of arrears within eight weeks.
