Chauhan, learned Counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam, on instructions, submits that due to financial crunch, the amount payable as leave encashment could not be paid so far. He assures the Court that entire pending dues payable to petitioner would be cleared within four months. (4) Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the Managing Director, Uttarakhand Payjal Nigam to release entire admitted dues to petitioner within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
