This is a backlog fresh case. 2. None appears for the petitioner. 3. Ms. Akansha Dubey, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State is present. 4. There appears to be a private dispute between the petitioner and the opposite parties, however, the interference of police is alleged. 5. We dispose of this writ petition with the observations/ directions that so far as the private dispute is concerned, the petitioner may avail the remedies as may be prescribed in law. 6. As regards the Police interference is concerned, we direct that the police shall come into picture only if there is an apprehension of breach of peace or apprehension of commission of any crime or it is actually committed or there are other valid grounds in any law/statue for their interference, but, without interfering in the civil dispute between the parties. 7.
