Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the impugned order was passed by the trial court in the year 2020 and thereafter about 5 years have been elapsed and stay application has already been dismissed, without interfering with the impugned order, I dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the objections, as raised in this petition, before the trial court at the appropriate stage of trial.
