(corresponding Section 528 BNSS) has been preferred by the accused-applicant against the order dated 19.12.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No. 16, Lucknow whereby the application dated 04.12.2024 under Section 311 Cr.P.C. of the applicant has been rejected. After advancing some arguments and putting certain query with regard to delay of five years in moving an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C., learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application. Learned A.G.A. ha no objection to such prayer of the applicant. In view of the statement made by Mr. Irfan Khan, learned counsel for the applicant at the Bar, the instant bail application is dismissed as withdrawn/not pressed.
