Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State. The instant criminal revision has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 05.11.2024 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No.27, Lucknow in Complaint Case No.93226/2022. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that he does not want to press this criminal revision with liberty to move an application for discharge through counsel before the trial court and the same may be decided by the learned trial court in a time bound manner. Accordingly, the instant criminal revision is dismissed as not pressed providing that in case, the revisionist move an appropriate application for discharge through counsel before the concerned trial court within a period of fifteen days from today, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months in accordance with law, by the concerned trial court.
