The instant petition has been preferred for the following main relief:- "i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari Quashing the impugned order dated 10.3.2023 and 9.1.2024 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Gonda, in Case No.57/2021, Computerized Case No.2021530830000057, Badlu & others Vs. State of U.P. and others, Under Section-48(3) U.P. C.H. Act 1953,d Deputy Director of Consolidation, District-Gonda, contained as Annexure No.1 and 2 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding of opposite parties not to give effect to the impugned order dated 10.3.2023 and 9.1.2024 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation, District- Gonda." During pendency of the present petition, the parties have settled the dispute amicably out of Court and in view of the settlement arrived between the parties, a compromise deed was filed before this Court and taking note of the same, this Court directed the parties to appear before Senior Registrar of this Court for verification of compromise deed. In compliance of the order of this Court, the Senior Registrar of this Court dated 03.04.2025, which being on record, reads as under:- "Vide Hon'ble Court's order dated 26-03-2025, parties were directed to appear before the undersigned today for verification of compromise deed. The said compromise has been annexed as Annexure No. A-1 to C. M. Application IA/8/2024. Today, petitioners namely (1) Rajesh Kumar S/o Lal Dhar, (2) Ramesh Kumar S/o Lal Dhar, (3) Rakesh Kumar S/o Lal Chandra and (4) Adesh Kumar @ Adarsh Kumar Dwivedi S/o Lal Chandra alongwith their learned counsel Shri Kaushal Mani Tripathi, Advocate and opposite party Nos. 2 to 11 i.e. (1) Badlu S/o Ram Dev, (2) Devi Prasad S/o Ram Dev, (3) Ram Pal S/o Mangal Prasad, (4) Phool Chandra S/o Mangal Prasad, (5) Mulayam S/o Mangal Prasad, (6) Ramu S/o Mangal Prasad, (7) Smt. Sheela W/o Mangal Prasad, (8) Ram Gopal S/o Sarju Prasad. (9) Dharmpal S/o Sarju Prasad and (10) Smt. Geeta Devi W/o Sarju Prasad respectively alongwith their learned counsel Shri Anand Pal Singh, Advocate are present before me. Vakalatnama of counsels for both the parties is on record. The proof of identity i.e. Aadhar Card is produced by both the parties, at the time of verification. The contents of the said compromise deed have been read over and explained to both the parties to the compromise deed and they have stated that they have executed the same according to their free will and as a token there of they have affixed their photographs, put T.Is. and signatures, which are duly attested and verified by their respective counsels. In view of the said facts, the compromise between petitioners namely (1) Rajesh Kumar S/o Lal Dhar, (2) Ramesh Kumar S/o Lal Dhar, (3) Rakesh Kumar S/o Lal Chandra and (4) Adesh Kumar @ Adarsh Kumar Dwivedi S/o Lal Chandra and opposite party Nos. 2 to 11 i.e. (1) Badlu S/o Ram Dev, (2) Devi Prasad S/o Ram Dev, (3) Ram Pal S/o Mangal Prasad, (4) Phool Chandra S/o Mangal Prasad. (5) Mulayam S/o Mangal Prasad, (6) Ramu S/o Mangal Prasad, (7) Smt. Sheela W/o Mangal Prasad. (8) Ram Gopal S/o Sarju Prasad, (9) Dharmpal S/o Sarju Prasad and (10) Smt. Geeta Devi W/o Sarju Prasad respectively is being verified by me today i.e. 3rd day of April, 2025. The report is submitted before Hon'ble Court for orders." Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of finally in terms of compromise which shall form part of this order and the impugned order(s) dated 10.03.2023 and 09.01.2024 are set aside on the basis of compromise.
