As there is a typographical error in the said order, as far as learned Counsel are concerned, it is ordered that a fresh order be prepared for the said date in which name of Mr. Sanjay Jaswal, learned Counsel, be reflected as learned Counsel for the applicant/ petitioner and name of Mr. Vinod Gupta, learned Counsel be reflected as learned Counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents. Learned Counsel for the non-applicants/ respondents has handed over a copy of order dated 20.08.2025, passed by the Authority concerned, in terms whereof, representation filed by the petitioner has been rejected. Accordingly, the application is disposed of, with liberty to the applicant/ petitioner to assail the said order, if required.
