Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties 1 and 2. 2. In view of order being passed, notices to opposite parties 3 to 5 stand dispensed with. 3. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 17.01.2025 whereby the District Inspector of Schools has appointed an Observer for the meeting to be held on 19.01.2025 pertaining to no-confidence motion against petitioner. Also under challenge is the the Agenda notice dated 08.01.2025. 4. Learned State Counsel at the very outset, on the basis of written instructions dated 25.01.2025, a copy of which is taken on record, submits that aforesaid meeting which was held on 19.01.2025 has been disapproved by the District Inspector of Schools vide order dated 25.01.2025 thereby ending the cause of action to petitioner. 5. In view of aforesaid instructions, the impugned Agenda notice dated 08.01.2025 and order dated 17.01.2025 do not require to be adjudicated upon at this stage. 6. In view of aforesaid, the petition is consigned to record without any adverse effect upon petitioner.
