With the consent of learned counsels for the parties, the writ petition is being decided finally. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners no.4, 5 and 7 have been regularized in service. There is consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ-A No.692 of 2025 in re: Ram Kishor Yadav vs. State of U.P. and others, decided on 21.01.2025. Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of Ram Kishor Yadav (supra).
