Petitioners alleges encroachment on their bhumidhari land by opposite party nos.5 and 6 who are private parties. Therefore, the writ petition qua any dispute with private opposite parties is not maintainable. However, if the said construction is being undertaken under some project of government or government agency then the petitioners may approach the said agency who shall look into the matter and ensure that bhumidhari land of the petitioners is not encroached unless it is acquired or purchased. 3.
