Home U.P. Lko. And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Saurabh Gautam,Ritu Shukla Counsel for Respondent :- G.A. Hon'ble Mrs. Sangeeta Chandra,J. Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A., who appears on behalf of the State-respondents.
2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:-
"a. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing to the opposite party no.3 to decide the application dated 22.11.2024 in favour of the petitioner, as contained in Annexure No.3 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice."
3. We have gone through the application moved by the petitioner to the Station House Officer concerned and we do not find it appropriate to issue any direction as prayed for in this writ petition by the petitioner as the petitioner is mainly aggrieved by opening of another dealership of TVS motors just two kilometers away from his dealership, whereas his licence for dealership had already expired on 30.09.2023.
4. The writ petition is dismissed as misconceived. Order Date :- 29.1.2025 Anupam S/- Digitally signed by :- ANUPAM SINGH PATEL High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
