This is an application praying for impleadment of informant as respondent no. 2. It is submitted by Ms. Begum that inadvertently the informant is not impleaded as respondent no. 2 in Bail Application No. 1328/2025 and hence the present applicant be impleaded as informant/respondent no. 2. Ms. N. Das has no objection. Accordingly, the interlocutory applicant is hereby allowed to implead the informant/father of the victim as respondent no. 2 in Bail Application No. 1328/2025.
