The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) direction to the learned court below to decide the Regular suit No. 174/2024 (Bholanath Saroj Versus Mansur Ali & Others) pending before the Civil Judge (S.D.) Room No. 24, Sultanpur, since 06.02.2024, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) direction to the learned court below to decide the application under section 151 CPC, in Regular suit No. 174/2024 (Bholanath Saroj Versus Mansur Ali & Others) pending since 03.01.2025 before the Civil Judge (S.D.) Room No. 24, Sultanpur, since 06.02.2024, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the application under Section 151 of C.P.C. is pending since January, 2025, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the learned court below to consider and decide the said application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
