By means of this writ petition the petitioner a villager, who claims to be the complainant, has challenged the order of Lokpal MAGNERGA, Sultanpur rejecting the complaint. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel says that there is a remedy of appeal against such an order under Para 29(i) of the Mahatma Gandhi national Rule Employment Guarantee Act, 2005.
