However, counsel for the State Sri Nitish Shekhar says that he has written instructions from the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Barabanki, wherein it has been mentioned that the name of the petitioner has been included in the Family Register on 27.01.2025 on her application dated 07.01.2025.
