Konwar, learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that though the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in a connected case by this Court, however, in the instant case he has been detained behind the bars since 09.04.2025. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that though the case diary was called for, however, in the meanwhile, the charge-sheet has already been laid baring charge-sheet No. 102/2025 dated 16.05.2025. 3. As the charge-sheet has been laid in this case and when the matter is pending for trial, the Trial Court is the best Court to consider the bail application at the first instance. Hence, the bail application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner may file a regular bail application before the Trial Court, if so advised. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
