No. 293/24, U/s 111, 318, 61(2), 351(2), 352 Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 at P.S. Badosarai District Barabanki lodged by the O.P. No. 4, contained as Annexure No. 3. with this writ petition. (ii) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite party no. 1 to 3 to not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. contained as Annexure No. 3. with this writ petition." 3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that this petition be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
